Roxy from Flow Motion Circus leads a hands-on family workshop covering hoop, juggling, diablo, stilt walking, plate spinning and Poi, with demonstrations and guidance throughout. Aimed at children aged 7–11 with an accompanying adult, the hour-long session builds balance, coordination and focus through playful physical activity. Participants should bring water and wear clothing suitable for movement.
