Wide-Angle View
About
A free display of over 80 original 1960s photographs of architecture and the people who experience it, curated by RIBA.
Wide-Angle View is a free display at Tate Liverpool + RIBA North curated by the Royal Institute of British Architects. It brings together more than 80 original 1960s photographs that challenged contemporary architectural culture, exploring why their social message still matters today. The display features original work by street photographers Ian Berry, Patrick Ward and Tony Ray-Jones, with a focus on people and how they experience architecture rather than just buildings. It is open daily from 10.00 to 17.50 while Tate Liverpool's Albert Dock home is closed for redevelopment.
