RIBA North Discovery Day: 'Just Come In' and Wide Angle View

A free discovery day at RIBA North with workshops in collage, fish-eye photography and garden design, plus curator pop-up talks tied to two current exhibitions.

The discovery day invites the public to explore the exhibitions Wide-Angle View and 'Just come in': 30 years of Maggie's centres through hands-on activities and talks. Workshops include a collage manifesto and collage garden with Steph Hartman, fish-eye lens photography on Liverpool's streets with Stephanie Wynne, and herb drying and preserving for wellbeing with Jackie Swanson. Curators Kate Dooley and Valeria Carullo and contributors give pop-up talks, and all-day activities include a 'Spaces of care' writing prompt. No prior experience is needed and all abilities are welcome.
