What Remains: Artists in Conversation

An afternoon of artist talks, an exhibition tour and a panel discussion with artists from the What Remains exhibition at Murray Edwards College.

Held as part of the programme for the What Remains exhibition, this afternoon event brings together exhibiting artists Ellen Lesperance, Ebun Sodipo and Lorna Hamilton-Brown. It opens with an exhibition tour led by curator Laura Moseley, followed by individual artist talks, refreshments, and a concluding conversation and Q&A moderated by curator and writer Linsey Young. The artists will reflect on how archives, family photographs, magazines, textiles, oral histories and community collections continue to shape their artistic practice. The event is open to the general public as well as students, researchers and academics, and will be live-streamed and recorded.
