Sugarplum Christmas Market

A free one-day Christmas sweet-treat market at Derby Market Hall with artisan confectionery stalls, entertainment and children's crafts.

Derby Market Hall hosts a one-day Christmas market dedicated to sweet treats, with pop-up stalls from local makers selling chocolates, cakes, brownies, fudge, pastries and dessert-inspired drinks. The day includes live performances, music, photo opportunities and interactive activities for all ages. Snap and Chat Connect also runs a festive workshop for children aged 4–10, where they can paint a wooden lollipop, make a paper sweet or decorate a gingerbread person and take their crafts home.
