Heritage Cider-Making Retreat

This residential retreat at Ashley Court, a Regency country house near Tiverton, offers a hands-on introduction to West Country cider making led by the team from Rull Orchard. Over three days guests cover heritage apple varieties, orchard management, pressing, fermentation and blending, with an orchard visit to Rull Orchard, guided cider and perry tastings, and a pickling and preserving session. The weekend includes accommodation, meals featuring local and seasonal ingredients, and a celebratory dinner prepared by Gerald Pospichil, with guests departing with their own cider and preserves.
