LATNEM Face to Face Support Group - INVERURIE

A face-to-face mental health peer support group for mothers and birthing people, meeting over a cuppa and a chat in Inverurie.

LATNEM hosts an informal peer support meeting for mums and birthing people in Scotland who need support with their mental health, with no referral or diagnosis required. Attendees can expect a cuppa, cake and conversation about mental health and parenthood, with trained volunteers on hand to offer support and signposting. Children aged five and under are welcome, with play mats and toys provided, and there is a resource library of self-help books plus mindful crafts, colouring and free period products.
