Use the free Stranger Folk app to follow Old Mal’s clues across Hardwick’s garden or wider estate and help send the folklore creatures home.

An outdoor, app-guided folklore adventure begins at Visitor Reception, where visitors solve a riddle to get the password. Follow Old Mal’s directions to find the escaped Stranger Folk and seal the crack between worlds. The page says to use a House and Gardens ticket for the garden or a Wider Estate ticket for the parkland. The app is free; normal admission applies to non-members.
