Chef Loïc Malfait leads a step-by-step demonstration of elegant Christmas canapés in the historic setting of Wolterton. The menu includes Satiate Artisan's smoked salmon, crystal potatoes with truffle cream, sweet smoked chicken lollipops, Jerusalem artichoke cream and parmesan croustilles, and Christmas sweet treats, all of which guests get to taste.
