Usui Reiki Level 1 Attunement

A one-day beginners' Usui reiki level 1 attunement course at a Hartlepool wellness studio, covering history, energy work, chakras and self-practice.

This full-day teaching course introduces the Usui method of reiki energy healing, suitable for complete beginners and those seeking a refresher or repeat attunement. Topics include what reiki is and how it works, its history and origin story, the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual benefits, tuning into energy, chakras, and using reiki for oneself and close family and friends. The day includes a level 1 manual, the level 1 attunement, group meditation, self-care and grounding, and a question-and-answer session. Refreshments are provided but attendees bring their own lunch; doors open at 9:45 AM and the event is for ages 21+.
