A String Orchestra Concert - The First Movement

A debut concert by The Orchestra Session, with twenty string players performing Bach, Pachelbel, Vivaldi, Mendelssohn and Dvořák in the Chapel of St Cross.

The Orchestra Session, a new Winchester-based chamber orchestra, presents its debut concert in the Chapel at the Hospital of St Cross. Twenty string players — professionals and exceptional amateurs sharing the stage on equal footing — perform works by Bach, Pachelbel, Vivaldi, Mendelssohn and Dvořák. As a Community Interest Company, the orchestra donates a share of every ticket to charities widening access to music education.
