Ghost Trains
About
Spooky evening train rides from Kidderminster to Arley with eerie encounters, jump scares, music from Disco Daddy and street food, 29–31 October.
The Severn Valley Railway runs Halloween Ghost Trains departing from Kidderminster on a roughly 75-minute return journey to Arley, passing haunted stations along the way. Actors appear at Bewdley and Arley stations and on board, with jump scares, periods of darkness and loud moments, so the event is aimed at brave families rather than the very young. Kidderminster Station offers photo opportunities, frightful tunes from Disco Daddy between 4pm and 9pm, street food vendors including Roly Poly Eats and Smoke and Ash pizza, plus the King & Castle pub, Coffee Express and gift shop. Tickets include reserved seats and a goodie bag for each child; the separate 18+ Scream Train is fully booked.
