A Dorset Autumn Afternoon

A fundraising harvest-home afternoon with a ploughman's lunch, welcome drink and traditional Dorset folk music at the Corn Exchange.

Inspired by a rural Dorset harvest home, this seated afternoon event offers a hearty ploughman's lunch with a welcome drink, accompanied by live traditional entertainment from Dorset folk musicians Alastair Braidwood and Tim Laycock. It runs for around two hours in Dorchester's historic Corn Exchange, celebrating the colours, flavours and traditions of the season. Proceeds support Dorchester Arts, a registered charity.
