Rum and Jerk

A two-hour Caribbean-inspired food and rum pairing evening with five courses, four rum tasters and a rum cocktail at Twenty Two 22.

Rum and Jerk is a guided food and drink pairing evening at Twenty Two 22 in Sutton Harbour. Guests are welcomed with a drink on arrival, then work through four rum tasters, each paired with a Caribbean-inspired course featuring dishes such as curried goat. Each rum is talked through as it is served, explaining its flavours and why it matches the dish, and the night finishes with a rum-based cocktail. The event runs 7pm to 9pm with doors at 6:40pm and is for ages 18 and over.
