Explore Radio Broadcasting

A free two-day radio and podcast training course for 11-15 year olds run by Radio Platfform at Wales Millennium Centre.

Radio Platfform offers a free two-day intensive course for young people aged 11-15 who want to become presenters on its award-winning youth radio station. Participants learn how to create radio shows and podcasts, find stories, record professionally and build confidence in presenting and interviewing. The course is delivered in both Welsh and English and requires no prior experience; graduates become Radio Platfform members with access to its Porth and Cardiff studios and a slot to broadcast their own shows.
