Music & Mind Podcast & Beat Studio Juniors

A free half-term workshop for ages 8–11 combining podcast discussion about music and emotion with music production using professional software.

This face-to-face session explores the link between music and emotion through podcast-style discussions where children share favourite tracks and reflect on the feelings and memories music evokes. Participants then create original music using professional music software, experimenting with sounds, beats and melodies. The activity runs over two mornings during October half-term and is aimed at young people aged 8 to 11. It is currently full, with a waiting list of 10 places available.
