About
Duo Sarah Gillespie and Chris Montague perform a raw, story-rich collection of songs blending folk, Americana, and blues.
Following a run of intimate duo shows in California, Gillespie and Montague recorded a stripped-back album in Scotland. This performance features their raw, story-rich collection of songs, combining Gillespie’s trademark poetics with Montague’s inventive, genre-crossing guitar work. The duo blends folk, Americana, beat poetry, and rootsy blues.
