Habib Koite & Sura Susso: Manding Melody

African Night Fever presents a collaboration between Malian guitarist Habib Koité and Gambian kora player Sura Susso, touring their new album Manding Melodies.

Habib Koité and Sura Susso, both from griot family lineages, perform music from their forthcoming album Manding Melodies, recorded in The Gambia and Mali and due for release in 2026. The show reinterprets traditional Manding folk tales and songs, featuring kora, balafon and ngoni alongside Malian guitar and contemporary influences. The touring ensemble includes members of Koité's Bamada band and other West African musicians.
