WSET Level 3 Award in Wines (In-Person) - Apr 2027

An advanced seven-week WSET Level 3 wine qualification course with six in-person Saturday classroom sessions and a final exam in June 2027.

This advanced WSET Level 3 course runs over six Saturday classroom sessions at Novotel London Tower Bridge, each from 10am to 5:30pm, followed by a private study week and an exam on 5 June 2027. Students cover the key factors in wine production, the characteristics of principal still, sparkling and fortified wines, and tasting using the WSET Level 3 Systematic Approach to Tasting, with 60 wines tasted across the course. Assessment comprises a two-hour theory paper of 50 multiple-choice and 4 short written answer questions plus a 30-minute blind tasting of two wines, with at least 55% required in both papers to pass. The course suits keen enthusiasts and drinks industry professionals, and includes a Wine With Jimmy online learning package; around 51.5 hours of home study is recommended in addition to classroom time.
