About

A three-hour introductory Food Safety course on safe food handling, preparation and storage.

The course covers food-safety law and hazards, hygiene, safe work practices, cleaning, and responsibilities of food handlers. It is for ages 19+ with a listed group size of 5–15. Attendance is limited to Rushcliffe residents. The course is free through the Rushcliffe Community Skills Programme.
