Rassau Resource Centre Repair Cafe

A free volunteer-run repair cafe where people bring broken items to be fixed while enjoying tea, coffee and company.

Volunteer repairers attempt to fix broken or damaged items brought by members of the public, free of charge, while visitors enjoy tea or coffee and chat with neighbours. Typical repairs include basic bicycle maintenance, electrical appliance repair, computing assistance, sewing, ornament repair and woodworking, though microwaves are excluded for safety. Repairers can also show visitors how fixes are done, and new volunteer fixers are welcome to come along.
