Frontline Futures: Library Customer Services in a Changing HE Landscape is a one-day conference from Customer Services Group UK exploring how frontline library teams are adapting as UK higher education becomes more distributed, flexible and lifelong. The programme covers practical examples, emerging ideas and honest reflections on delivering services across multiple locations, digital platforms and partnerships. The day runs 9am to 5pm, opening with registration and refreshments, introductions from chair Rachel Heastie, and a keynote.
