Twmpath Gwyl y Merlod

An evening twmpath featuring award-winning Welsh folk band Lo-fi Jones at Llanfairfechan Community Hall.

Twmpath Gwyl y Merlod presents a performance by Lo-fi Jones, an award-winning four-piece Welsh folk band formed in Eryri and now based in Machynlleth. The band blends original multilingual songs with traditional Welsh repertoire, mixing contemporary and traditional styles with themes ranging from rural North Wales life to climate change. Their accolades include winning the Traditional Singing category at the Pan-Celtic Festival 2024 and the 'Battle of the Folk Bands' at the National Eisteddfod 2023.
