BritRock Film Tour (12A)

Four climbing and adventure films follow a cave ascent, recovery through climbing, a Patagonian expedition and Franco Cookson’s demanding Ben Loyal route.

BritRock’s four-film programme comprises Inside the Mountain, Beyond, DreamRime and Journey to the End of the Ego. Jack Homan follows Molly Thompson-Smith and Steve McClure climbing inside a vast caveshaft; Ben Menashe explores climbing and recovery from cancer. DreamRime features Ty Lekki’s Patagonian drone cinematography and Alastair Lee’s production, while the final film follows Franco Cookson’s Nothing is Lost route on Ben Loyal. Hull credits Alastair Lee as presenter; no live Hexham Q&A is advertised. Hull publishes a two-hour-thirty-minute programme including a break.
