Banff Mountain Film Festival - Whitley Bay

A screening of the Banff Mountain Film Festival's Red Film Programme of adventure short films at the Playhouse, Whitley Bay.

The Banff Mountain Film Festival UK & Ireland Tour brings its Red Film Programme to the Playhouse in Whitley Bay, showing a line-up of short adventure films featuring extreme journeys, intriguing characters and striking cinematography. The programme features filmmakers and adventurers climbing, skiing, paddling, running and riding in wild locations around the world. The Red Programme screens on 18 February, with a separate Blue Programme shown the following evening. The event runs about two hours 45 minutes and is rated 12A, with concession tickets for students, under-16s, unemployed and over-65s.
