It addresses how poor stock visibility and material shortages disrupt production, covering inventory management topics such as Kanban principles, two-bin systems, visual stock control and preventing stock-outs. The 90-minute in-person workshop aims to leave manufacturers with more reliable operations, improved material availability and fewer production disruptions.
