Hyemation • a Micro Retreat at the Onset of Deep Winter

A four-hour women's micro retreat of craft, conversation, meditation and a shared vegetarian meal as winter approaches.

A four-hour women's gathering at The Forge marking the passage from Samhain to Solstice as deep winter approaches. The day includes circle conversation about the season, the pace of life and cyclical wisdom, a pause for meditation, and sharing of collective wisdom and reflections. Participants also take part in a guided craft activity making something from scratch, with vegetarian food, herbal teas and infusions provided throughout.
