Finding Your Plant Spirit

A free guided workshop at Airyhall Library using meditation and journeying to explore connecting with plant spirits for wellbeing.

This workshop invites participants to slow down and explore a relationship with plants beyond their physical properties. Through meditation and journeying, attendees will consider the possibility of connecting with a plant spirit and how its energy and wisdom might support everyday wellbeing. No gardening or plant experience is required, and the session is open to complete beginners. Places are limited to 20 and registration is required.
