Introduction to Shamanism

A full-day experiential workshop at Ayrshire Healing Centre introducing shamanic journeying, sacred drumming, spirit guides and nature-based wisdom for beginners.

This one-day workshop introduces shamanism, one of humanity's oldest spiritual traditions, through a mix of accessible teaching and guided experiential activities. Participants explore the shamanic journey, the role of rhythm and the drum, spirit animals and guides, sacred space and ceremony, grounding and connection with nature. Run by two experienced facilitators for a maximum of 14 participants aged 16+, the day emphasises direct experience over theory, with opportunities for reflection, discussion and personal support. No previous experience is necessary.
