'The Secrets of the Ruins' is a self-guided Halloween trail for young detectives, themed around the legend of a curse of fire and water at Cowdray Ruins. Families collect a trail map from the Ruins Visitor Centre and explore at their own pace during opening hours, following clues to uncover the story behind the curse. Afterwards, children can enjoy free arts and crafts activities in the Tudor Kitchen, and every child's ticket includes a Halloween gift.
