Manchester Hypes: The Treatment

This grime-theatre show by Manchester Hypes explores the links between hyperactivity, ADHD, and creativity through theatrically-staged tracks.

The show tells a story of childhood hyperactivity, tracing the journey from youth-club rap-battles to navigating the music industry and receiving an adult diagnosis. It fuses crashing beats with stunning projected visuals to give audiences a visceral sense of the world. The Friday performance is followed by a free discussion with the creative team, while the Saturday show includes a post-show party.
