Touch Tour of Macbeth

A free pre-performance touch tour letting blind and partially sighted audiences explore the set, props and costumes of Macbeth.

This touch tour is designed for blind and partially sighted audiences ahead of the Oldham Coliseum production of Macbeth at Liquid & Envy Oldham. Participants can familiarise themselves with the performance space and explore key production elements through touch, feeling props, costumes and set pieces while hearing descriptions of the late-1970s world of gangsters and casinos in which the play is set. Where possible, members of the company will also speak, helping audiences connect voices and characters before the performance begins. The tour lasts around 20 minutes.
