Effi o Blaenau (Q&A, Subtitled)

Effi, a young woman in a North Wales town, wants to leave; an encounter with an injured soldier changes the course of her plans.

The Welsh-language drama is based on Gary Owen’s play Iphigenia in Splott. The Lexi showing is marked both Q&A and subtitled in the cache. The current owner snapshot contains a different subtitled-only Barbican screening of this film; the Lexi Q&A is a materially different programme candidate, with no guest identified in the retained Lexi record.
