New Moon Gong Bath & Sound Immersion

A guided New Moon gong bath and sound ceremony with Tamara Klien at The Humble Hub studio in St Leonards-on-Sea.

Tamara Klien leads a sound ceremony timed to the New Moon, opening with an intention and grounding ritual before an immersive sound journey using gongs, crystal singing bowls and shamanic instruments. Binaural beats and acoustic frequencies are used to encourage deep relaxation and mental clarity. Participants lie on mats and bolsters wrapped in blankets for the 1 hour 15 minute session; under-16s may attend with a parent or legal guardian, and health restrictions apply for pregnancy, pacemakers, epilepsy and related conditions.
