2-Day Safety Leadership Development Course (December)

A two-day safety leadership development course for managers, supervisors and safety reps working in high-hazard environments.

Step Change in Safety runs this two-day leadership development course in collaboration with member organisations Woods Alternative, Salos Sunesis, Equilibria and Why Human Factors. It is aimed at site managers, supervisors and safety representatives who lead and influence safety in high-hazard environments. The course takes place in person at Ardoe House Hotel & Spa in Aberdeen, running from 8:30am to 5pm on both days.
