IOSH Leading Safely®

A one-day IOSH Leading Safely® course for senior executives covering strategic health and safety leadership, run by Ouch Learning and Development in Wimborne.

This one-day IOSH Leading Safely® qualification is designed for people with leadership responsibilities such as directors, CEOs and senior managers. The course covers the business case for investing in health and safety, including reduced accidents and absence, improved productivity and reputation, and lower insurance and legal costs. Participants complete a diagnostic questionnaire on their safety leadership behaviours, receive a personalised report with recommendations, review industry-tailored case studies, and finish by submitting a personal commitment of actions. The price includes the IOSH qualification and certificate, course materials and access to additional resources.
