Free, baby-friendly creative wellbeing sessions with sketchbook art prompts, journaling and connection for caregivers with babies aged 0-1.

Art Baby Connect (ABC) is a relaxed, nurturing session at the National Galleries of Scotland: Modern for adults and their babies aged 0-1. Participants explore simple, no-experience-needed art prompts using sketchbooks, try easy journaling ideas for checking in with themselves, and chat with other caregivers in a feeding- and fussy-friendly space. All materials are provided, coffee and biscuits are available throughout, and no pressure is placed on making anything 'perfect'. Booking is essential for these free sessions.
