About

A family Halloween visit inspired by Hocus Pocus follows woodland displays of witches and cauldrons, the cave and Petrifying Well, the Wishing Well, themed activities and seasonal treats.

The woodland programme pairs Halloween displays and activities with a visit to Mother Shipton’s Cave and the Petrifying Well, where mineral-rich water gradually coats objects in stone. Families can make a wish at the well and find seasonal refreshments, including marshmallow toasting by the fire.
