Each participating child aged 0–12 needs a separate Santa Experience ticket at £18–£19; it cannot be bought alone. A £1.50 booking fee applies per order. Babies under six months accompanying a paying child do not need a Santa ticket unless receiving the full experience. Adults and children count toward the five-person group limit. About

A timed family Christmas visit winds through the woodland lights and village to Santa’s grotto, storytelling, reindeer-food making, owl mail and seasonal refreshments.

Visitors follow illuminated woodland paths into a Christmas Village, meet Chief Elf Chestnut, and take a family appointment in Santa’s grotto. Each participating child with a Santa Experience ticket receives a soft toy; storyteller Holly Berry shares festive tales, and children can prepare reindeer food and send wishes from the owl-mail sorting office. Cave and well visits depend on weather.
