Sound Bath With Guided Meditation

A two-hour guided meditation and sound bath session with journaling, oracle cards and herbal tea at a church hall in Gosberton Clough.

Soundology hosts a New Year sound bath at St Gilbert and St Hugh's Church Hall. The session opens with guided journaling and intention setting, followed by a restorative meditation and an immersive sound bath with individual sound healing. It closes with an optional oracle card pull and herbal tea, and attendees are asked to bring mats, blankets and cushions for comfort.
