Candlelight Meditation and Sound Journey Lincoln (South Hykeham)

A candlelit 75-minute guided meditation and sound bath with crystal bowls, chimes, handpan and drumming at South Hykeham Village Hall.

Participants lie on mats for a 75-minute candlelit session beginning with a brief introduction and a 20-minute guided meditation to relax body and mind. This leads into an immersive sound bath featuring crystal bowls, koshi chimes, handpan drum, vocal chants and recorded shamanic drumming, closing with an affirming meditation or poem. Attendees should bring a mat, blanket and cushion and wear comfortable layers; doors open at 4:20pm with a prompt 4:30pm start and no admission for late arrivals. The session is open to all ages, though it may not suit those who are pregnant or have sound sensitivities.
