Hytruck Games

A team-based fitness challenge for pairs and teams of four, combining eight workout stations with 600m trail runs at Far Pastures Farm.

Hytruck Games is a three-hour team fitness challenge hosted by Lean Training Academy, open to pairs and teams of four. Participants work through eight stations — including Ram Burpees, SkiErg, Sled Push/Pull, Farmers Carry, Rower, Ram Rev Lunges, DB Devil Press and Wallballs — splitting the reps however the team chooses. Nine 600m trail runs are woven throughout the workout and must be completed together as a full team.
