OP24 x ATHX Autumn Games

A Friday-night functional fitness competition at Optimal Performance 24 in Hereford, with teams tackling strength, endurance and Metcon X workouts.

The OP24 x ATHX Autumn Games is a competitive functional fitness event for teams, combining rowing, strength challenges and fast-paced conditioning workouts. Doors open at 5:45 PM with arrivals, followed by an event briefing from 6:05 PM to 6:15 PM and Wave 1 of competition from 6:30 PM to 7:30 PM, running until 10 PM. Open to athletes of all abilities aged 16 and over, from first-time competitors to experienced athletes.
