The Class of 55 Presents ‘The Rock ‘n’ Roll Songbook

A documentary-style concert celebrating the birth of 1950s rock 'n' roll and its pioneering artists.

Class of '55 presents a documentary concert tracing the history of rock 'n' roll, covering the songs, stories and cultural impact of pioneers such as Buddy Holly, Jerry Lee Lewis, Chuck Berry and Elvis Presley. Performers Spencer Jordan and Peter Gill lead the show, backed by full audio-visual production, lighting and visuals evoking the 1950s. The evening combines iconic hits with historical narrative rather than being a straightforward tribute show.
