Working Actor Practice
About
A six-day advanced acting course at RADA developing audition technique, scene study and camera work for professional actors.
This six-day intensive at RADA is a professional acting workshop for working actors, running Monday to Saturday from 10am to 5pm. Participants work on new scenes from a range of texts each day, drawing on Stanislavski and Meisner practices alongside practical camera technique for theatre, film and television. The course covers audition preparation, self-tapes, taking direction on and off camera, and making strong creative choices, with sessions incorporating sharing and workshopping prepared scenes. Entry is by selection: applicants need either three professional acting credits or at least one year of acting training, and must be over 18.
