Peoples Emergency Briefing
About
A free community screening of the People's Emergency Briefing film on climate and nature, followed by an open local discussion.
The Seagull hosts a community screening of the People's Emergency Briefing, a film in which nine leading UK scientists and experts present the latest evidence on climate and nature and its implications for extreme weather, food security, health and the cost of living. The film is based on the National Emergency Briefing held at Westminster Hall in November 2025. After the screening there will be a short open discussion about what this means for the local community, with local councillors, charities and civic groups invited alongside residents. The event is open to everyone, with young people over 16 especially welcome, and the venue is limited to 144 places.
