The Reinettes: The Return
About
A queer, feminist and anti-racist collective returns to Komedia with a fundraising night of live music and cabaret in aid of families in Gaza.
The Reinettes, a non-profit creative community of performers based in Brighton and Reading, present their second Komedia show of live music and cabaret. The evening opens with music from friends of the collective, Jess Tuthill and Acid Claw, followed by a cabaret featuring six Brighton Reinettes, one Reading Reinette and three clowns from Reading Clown School performing neo-burlesque, clowning, drag, puppetry and musical numbers. All ticket proceeds go to the All Our Relations fundraiser supporting 18 families in crisis in Gaza. The show takes place in the Komedia Studio with unreserved seating and is for ages 18+.
