Creative Flow Workshop – Winter Transitions

A reflective art workshop about letting go, growth and change, including a personal-tree activity.

Tutor Amy leads a grounding and relaxation exercise, followed by self-reflection on what participants wish to let go of and nurture. Participants create a personal tree from art materials, with leaves representing what they shed and roots symbolising what they want to grow; optional sharing and discussion follow. Eventbrite specifies ages 16+.
