About

A mixed-ability, low-impact dance fitness course using Caribbean music and simple follow-along movement.

This ten-week dance fitness course uses simple, low-impact moves to Caribbean music, including Cuban salsa, reggae, bachata and Cuban rumba. The brochure says it is gentle on the joints, suitable for all fitness levels and needs no dance experience. Armando Lao Alverez is credited as tutor. The whole-course fee is £92, or £82.80 for ACA members.
