Yoga for Everyone — Mixed Ability

A mixed-ability classical Hatha yoga class with stretching, breathing, relaxation and meditation.

This class is described as suitable for all abilities, including beginners. Sessions use stretching, breathing and relaxation techniques, with a little meditation and attention to posture. Bring a yoga mat, blanket for relaxation, water and comfortable clothing. A block will be needed over time; the brochure says one can be bought from the tutor if required.
